Liv has been teaching yoga since 2019. She took her 200hr in Baja Mexico through Yandara Yoga Institutea and her 300hr through Cathy Madeo Yoga in 2021.

She loves to teach Vinyasa yoga.

She is deeply grateful for her teachers, Shane Christopher Perkins, Nicolina Daya Nam Sandstedt, Cathy Madeo and Alexandria Waycott.

Michelle Bruys

The Shift and Yoga[Vinyasa]

Michelle’s Yoga journey began as a home practice, but it was when she began attending public classes in her community, that she became inspired to deepen her knowledge and understanding of Yoga.
Michelle completed her 200hr YTT with Christie Weightman in 2018. She continued her education with Nicole Marcia ( Trauma Informed Yoga ), Donna Freeman ( Yoga for Teens) and with Natalie Rousseau. Michelle is inspired by her teachers and finds joy in being forever a student.

Michelle is thrilled to offer a unique movement class, The SHIFT at LAND Studio. The SHIFT is designed to shift you out of your head and into your body. You’ll move to the beat of the music for a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing workout that allows you to feel all the feels.

Whether Michelle is teaching a Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga or The SHIFT, she strives to create a space that is welcoming and comfortable for her students.

Britt Zurowski

Yoga[Yin], Yoga[Kids], Yoga[Teens]

Britt is a Kids and Seniors yoga teacher based out of the Fraser Valley. She is a Mother of two, Forever student, Chocolate chip, and Planet lover. Through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices she hopes to meet each person exactly where they’re at; to assist them in coming to a peaceful state of presence and gratitude while gently tending to their Mind, Body & Spirit.

Taylor Logan

Yoga[Vinyasa] and Yoga[Yin]

Taylor has been teaching yoga since her first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) over 5 years ago — with training and a passion to teach styles of Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation. She has also enjoyed learning more about somatic work, the nervous system, and ceremonies through her mentors Reanna Costa and Lauren Côté.

Over the last 10 years, yoga has been an important part in Taylor’s life as an avid student and way of living. Allowing her to find more peace within herself and to find more awareness on and off of the mat. In her spare time you can find her outside, close to the water or sharing quality time with loved ones.

In Taylor’s classes you can expect to be mindfully guided through a fun Vinyasa class or a mellow Yin class but either way… come as you are, focus on your breath and share a smile with someone you see!

Under the guidance of Dr.Srinatha and other mentors, she obtained her RYT-300 certification in Hatha and Ashtanga teaching. Gabriela’s classes reflect her passion for life, spirituality, and the dual challenges, both physical and mental, of yoga, fostering growth and connection inspired by her mentors and intuition.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” - The Bhagavad Gita.

“Trust the messages coming from your heart and intuition.” - Ram Dass.

Afton Sami

Yoga[Vinyasa] and Yoga[Yin]

Afton Sami is a dynamic teacher that has found profound joy in sharing yoga with people from all walks of life. Her journey with this practice began in 2016 while taking sunrise yoga sessions at her University, opening the world of mindful movement and forever changing how she looked at yoga as an opportunity to deepen connection with self and expand our inner and outer worlds. After completing the 200hr RYT Course at Porter’s Neck Teacher Training of Wyoming in 2018, she embarked on her teaching journey through energetic Vinyasa classes sprinkled with restorative Yin. Afton has been celebrated for her approachable class structure and inspiring playlists, allowing each practitioner to enjoy the unfolding that comes with presence and flow, while building a great foundation of focused movement. She loves to remind those that partake in her classes that we are all on individual paths and honouring that while on(and off) the mat is one of the greatest things we can do for our minds, bodies, and others in our life.
